Thanks, thanks, and more thanks!  Our tenth year of camp went off with a BANG, literally.  Thank you so much for all those who were involved in many ways.   A special thanks to Kathleen McGinnis who was so patient and generous with her time and talents, teaching about 300 girls how to build thir own model rockets and how to launch them.

Each year camp grows stornger, more organized, more faith-filled and a true testament of what God can do with the generous help of people such as yourself.

We are now starting to look to next summer and have picked a theme and set a few dates.  We encourage all those interested in the planning, preparing and brain-storming, to pencil in November 30 at 7:00 P.M. for our initial  meeting.

All of us at Camp Fun-N-Faith wish each of you God's Blessing and His peace in the months ahead.  We are in prayer for our homes, our community and our nation.

Don't forget when selecting this year's costumes for Halloween to look through the Bible for inspiration.  We've met some great Jonahs, Moses, Angels and even a burning bush!

November 1st is All Saints Day.

You can celebrate the saints all month:

Read about a different saint each night before you go to bed.

Rent a movie on the life of a saint.

Have each person pick a saint, study that saint, dress up like the saint and then take questions about the saint's life from other members of the family.

Select a different saint each week and give prizes to see who can find out the most information about that saint.

Visit different parishes named after saints;  collect saint cards or prayer cards from those parishes.

Many saints wrote special prayers.  Discover a few and pray them at mealtime or for your morning or evening prayers.

Lastly, have FUN with them.  The lives of the saints are to be shared.  They want us to know them and to be friends with them, and especially to ask them for help!
